Our Services

Surgical Foot Solutions

Our surgical foot solutions encompass a wide range of non-bone related conditions, including ingrown toenails, fungal nails, warts, and cysts, with a commitment to providing precise, minimally invasive procedures that alleviate discomfort and restore optimal foot health.

Non-Surgical Nail & Skin Treatment

Non-surgical nail & skin correction is a gentle and effective technique that addresses ingrown, thick or misshapen nails, restoring their natural, pain-free form without the need for surgery.

Custom Foot Orthoses - 'Orthotics'

Custom foot orthoses are individually crafted insoles designed to provide optimal support, alignment, and comfort for your unique foot structure, alleviating discomfort and enhancing overall mobility

Laser Therapy for Toenail Fungus

We offer advanced shockwave and laser therapy to help treat stubborn toenail fungus (onychomycosis) safely and effectively. These non-invasive treatments target the fungal infection beneath the nail without the need for oral medications.

Shockwave Therapy for Foot Pain

Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment used to relieve chronic foot pain, including plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, and heel pain. It works by delivering acoustic pressure waves to the affected area, stimulating blood flow and accelerating tissue repair. Most patients experience reduced pain and improved mobility after just a few sessions.

General Foot Care

Our comprehensive foot care services cover the treatment of calluses, corns, hard skin, heel dryness, plantar warts and cracks, providing specialized attention to restore comfort and promote healthy, well-maintained feet

No, as a registered chiropodist in Ontario, Navraj Sekhon’s services are not covered by OHIP but may be covered through your private health insurance plan.

Our clinic now offers direct billing to most major insurance companies! Please note if you are unsure whether our services are covered you can always contact us to verify.

Please call your insurance company and inquiry about your coverage for Chiropody/Podiatry services. If you are interested in custom orthotics,  coverage is usually a separate category from Chiropody/Podiatry services.

If it is your first time at our clinic, please select the ‘Initial  Appointment’. This will automatically send you a new patient intake form to complete before you arrive for your appointment.

If you have been to our clinic before as a patient, please select the ‘Routine Appointment’.

If you believe you may be needing a surgical procedure or possibly require a longer appointment, please call the office to speak with our staff to determine the appropriate appointment for you.

Your appointment will begin by your foot specialist asking you questions about your foot complaint in order to gain a better understanding of your foot issue. This will be followed by an overall foot health assessment to determine the current state of the foot issue. After the patient history and physical assessment, the foot specialist will educate you on what is occurring with your feet and help create a unique treatment plan to resolve the foot issue. All options will be discussed as well as the pricing and timeline of the treatment options.

The main difference between a Chiropodist and Podiatrist is the amount of schooling received and the scope of surgeries. Podiatry is a 4 year post-graduate program plus a 2-4 year surgical residency vs Chiropody which is a 3 year post-graduate program. Podiatrists are able to perform bone surgeries such as bunion corrections vs Chiropodists which can only perform soft tissue surgeries such as ingrown toenail/warts/flexible hammer toe surgeries,.

The Province of Ontario, since July 1st , 1993 decreed that no more new podiatrists be registered in Ontario. If a Podiatrist comes to Ontario to practice, unfortunately they will have to register as a Chiropodist and be unable to perform bone surgeries. Any current Podiatrists practicing, of which there are few, would have been registered before this date.

It is important that our foot specialists perform a full assessment of your foot health with a detailed patient history of the issue in order to form the appropriate treatment plan for your foot concern. This will allow our clinic to provide the proper patient-centred care our patients deserve. Please note that treatment will be performed during this appointment.

We require a credit card on file to secure your appointment and to prove you are a real person needing an appointment.

We will give you the paid receipt at the end of your appointment. You will not receive it before your appointment has actually occurred.
